Lidl Drogheda

NRS recently completed a new retail store for Lidl Ireland at the M1 Retail Park, Drogheda, Co. Louth. The project involved the phased demolition of the existing retail unit and construction of a 2,906sq m (31,280sq ft) store, almost doubling the size of the existing premises.  The phasing of the works ensured that trading was disrupted for only 3 weeks.

The project was constructed within a busy retail park and involved close liaison with existing businesses adjacent to the works. Works also involved the construction of 162 car parking spaces.

The new store opened last week – well done to our site team who ensured that the project was complete within 24 weeks
