This project involved the demolition of a number of existing buildings at Church Street, and the construction of a new Lidl Store, Link Road and Creche.
Works included:

  • Construction of a mixed-use development comprising a single-level, double height licensed discount foodstore with ancillary off-licence area

  • Construction of a new link road towards the western boundary of the site between Church Road and Tanyard Lane
  • Construction of car-parking, cycle parking and motorcycle parking spaces
  • Construction of a service yard and trolley bay
  • Installation of illuminated free standing and building mounted signage;
